We like to keep things easy. Your weekly rent covers your fully furnished room, all your utilities like electricity, water and air conditioning, plus high-speed Wi-Fi. You’ll also have full access to our premium spaces like gyms, cinemas and co-working areas, along with our Scape Life events and wellbeing programs. Basically, everything you need, sorted.

No hidden surprises here. Our pricing is upfront and transparent. A few optional extras sit outside your rent, like on-site laundry, room cleaning services, and parking if it’s available at your building.

We offer flexible lease lengths to match your study plans. If you do need to leave early, break fees can apply. Life doesn’t always go to plan, so we’ve got transfer and cancellation options to help where we can. It’s always a good idea to check the details or chat with our team before booking so you know exactly what’s possible.

Your space should feel like home, so guests are always welcome. Staying overnight is all good if you’re over 18, just not in twin or under 18 rooms. When your guest arrives, simply register them at Reception and check in on any building-specific guidelines. As much as we love animals, Scape isn’t pet-friendly, except for registered assistance animals.

It’s the best of both worlds. Scape has a social, lively vibe, but we’ve also made sure you’ve got space to focus. Think quiet study zones, in-room desks, and co-working areas ready when you need to get in the zone.

Scape is more than just where you sleep. It’s a community. From Scape Life events to mental health first aid and access to professional support services, there’s always something (or someone) here to support you. 

Your safety is a big deal to us. All our buildings have 24 7 support, CCTV and secure access. There’s also a central command centre keeping everything running smoothly, plus the Scape Safe Van available around the clock just for residents. How do you handle building maintenance? If something’s not quite right, just log it in the Resident Portal and we’ll take it from there. Urgent issues jump the queue, and we’ll always aim to get things fixed quickly so your space stays comfortable and hassle-free. 

Your kitchenette is ready for whatever’s on the menu. You’ll have an electric cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer, plus plenty of storage to keep things organised.

We’ve made every inch count. You’ll get a built-in wardrobe, shelving around your study desk, and clever storage for bigger items like suitcases and seasonal gear.

Twin Apartments are designed for sharing, with two separate beds and study desks, perfect for friends or matched roommates. If you’re a couple looking for your own space, our Ultra Studio Apartments or Suites are a much better fit.

Totally up to you. You can choose a gender-specific or mixed-gender apartment during booking, and we’ll match your preference where possible. 

Shared spaces are a team effort between you and your roommates. That includes the kitchen, living areas and bedrooms. Need cleaning gear? Borrow a vacuum or mop from Reception anytime. Not feeling it? You can book a professional clean through the Resident Portal for an extra cost. Some apartments also come with complimentary fortnightly cleaning for shared spaces.
