Once you’ve picked your room, select your dates and complete the booking online in just a few steps. You’ll be asked to confirm your student status with a university offer or acceptance letter. Then simply review, sign, and pay to secure your spot your new home, sorted.
Booking a tour is easy! Simply select your preferred city and Scape building from the drop-down menu on this page, choose a date and time that suits you, and fill in your details. You’ll receive a confirmation email with all the information you need for your upcoming visit.
Yes, we do! We know you might not be in Australia or the city just yet, so our leasing team can send you a Matterport virtual tour link for your chosen property and room type. Simply book online and we’ll be in touch to arrange everything. Just keep in mind that virtual tour links aren’t available for all buildings and room types, but we’ll do our best to find the right option for you. We can’t wait to help you explore your potential new home.
Our in-person tours typically take about 20 to 30 minutes. This gives us plenty of time to show you the communal spaces, study areas, available room types, and answer all your questions about living at Scape.
We will always do our best to show you your preferred room type during your viewing. Because our buildings are highly sought after, room viewings are subject to availability on the day. Please let us know which room type you are most interested in when you fill out the booking form, and our team will prepare accordingly.
Absolutely! Choosing your student home is a big decision, and we welcome you to bring your family or friends along for the tour.
You don’t need to bring much, just yourself, and any questions you have about student life, rent inclusions, or our lease agreements.
Yes! If you find the perfect room during your tour, our team can help you start the booking process right then and there at the reception desk. No documents are needed, so you can secure your room on the spot.
If you can no longer make your scheduled time, please let us know as soon as possible. You can cancel by calling the phone number in your booking confirmation email, or by clicking the link in that email. Our leasing team is happy to help you find a new time that works.
